At PackTrip, we want your order to arrive quickly and safely. We ship to all 50 US states and over 80 countries worldwide. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our shipping fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time via our tracking portal or directly on the carrier's website.
- Tracking emails are sent within 24 hours of shipment
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created
- For international orders, tracking detail can be limited once the package leaves the USA
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Email us at shipping@packtrip.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
Our 30-Day Return Promise
We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
Eligible for return:
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items in original or like-new condition
- Items with original packaging (preferred but not required)
- Defective or damaged items — eligible at any time
Not eligible for return:
- Items returned after 30 days (unless defective)
- Items that show excessive wear or damage caused by misuse
- Personalised or custom-engraved products
- Hygiene products opened and used (e.g. refillable bottles with residue)
How to Return
- Email returns@packtrip.com with your order number and the reason for your return
- We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at any authorised carrier location
- Once received, we process your refund within 3–5 business days
- You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
Want a different colour, size, or product? We're happy to exchange within 30 days. The easiest way to exchange is to:
- Return your original item for a full refund
- Place a new order for the item you'd like instead
If you'd prefer a direct exchange, contact us and we'll arrange it for you at no extra charge.
2-Year Warranty
All PackTrip luggage and bags are covered by our 2-year structural warranty. This covers manufacturing defects, broken zippers, faulty wheels, and frame issues under normal use.

To make a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the defect. Warranty claims after 30 days receive a replacement product — not a cash refund.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payment information is encrypted and processed securely through Shopify Payments. PackTrip does not store your full card details.
By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and authorised. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we are unable to verify payment.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of PackTrip or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
